1. Who we are
The data controller for this website is Abra Vinç Makina Konstrüksiyon Sanayi Dış Ticaret A.Ş. ("ABRA Crane", "we"), Torbalı Mah. 2594 Sok. No:7, 35860 Torbalı / İzmir, Türkiye.

2. What we collect
When you use a form (quote request, contact, plant visit): name and surname, company, country, e-mail address, phone number if you give it, the content of your message and any files you attach.
When you subscribe to the technical bulletin: e-mail address, the date and time of your consent, the IP address used to give it and the version of the consent text.
When you visit the site: technical data needed to deliver the pages (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time) and, only if you agree, analytics data collected through cookies. Details are in the Cookie Policy.
When you call or write to us directly: the details you give us and the record of the correspondence.
We do not ask for special categories of personal data (such as health data) and ask you not to include them in messages or attachments.

You can withdraw a consent at any time: through the unsubscribe link in every bulletin, through Cookie settings in the site footer, or by writing to us. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal data only as far as each purpose requires:
- Service providers working for us: website hosting and database; Cloudflare (content delivery, site security and the bot check on forms); Microsoft 365 (our e-mail); the e-mail delivery service for the bulletin; and, with your consent, Google (Analytics 4, and Maps on the Contact page).
- Business partners who support us in delivering the product or service you asked for, limited to the details that work needs.
- Public authorities and courts where the law requires it.
We do not sell personal data.
5. Transfers outside Türkiye
Some of our service providers store data on servers outside Türkiye. Such transfers are made under Article 9 of Law No. 6698: to countries with an adequacy decision where one exists, otherwise under the standard contract published by the Personal Data Protection Authority (notified to the Authority as required) or another appropriate safeguard. For visitors in the EU/EEA, transfers from the EU are covered by the safeguards in Chapter V GDPR.
6. How long we keep it

At the end of the period data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised under our retention and destruction policy.
7. Your rights
Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 you may ask us whether we process your personal data; request information about it; learn the purpose and whether it is used for that purpose; know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred; ask for incomplete or inaccurate data to be corrected; ask for deletion or destruction under Article 7; ask that correction or deletion be notified to third parties; object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
If you are in the EU/EEA you also have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection under Articles 15–21 GDPR, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
How to apply: in writing with a wet signature to the address in section 1, or by e-mail to [email protected] from an address already registered with us. We answer within 30 days, free of charge unless the request involves a separate cost.
8. Security
We protect personal data with technical and organisational measures: encrypted connections (HTTPS), access limited to the people who need it, logged access to the enquiry database and agreements with our service providers that bind them to the same standard.
9. Children
The site is for business users. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
10. Changes
When this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new date. Material changes to how we use bulletin or analytics data will be asked for again through the consent tools.
